Iowa Roof / Bakeris Roofing needed stronger technical performance, local relevance, and AI search readiness across Des Moines and Central Iowa. The project combined Technical SEO, AEO, GEO, LLMO, schema markup, local landing pages, FAQ optimization, and on-page improvements to strengthen organic, local, and AI-driven visibility.
Iowa Roof / Bakeris Roofing is a Central Iowa roofing and exterior restoration company serving Des Moines and surrounding markets. The project focused on improving technical SEO, on-page structure, local search relevance, and AI search visibility. Work included a full technical audit, metadata cleanup, canonical and robots.txt corrections, XML sitemap validation, internal linking improvements, heading hierarchy cleanup, crawl optimization, service-page refinement, and structured data implementation. LocalBusiness, Service, FAQ, and Organization schema were added to improve search engine understanding and rich-result eligibility. AEO work introduced direct-answer FAQs, GEO optimization connected services with Des Moines and Central Iowa locations, and LLMO improvements strengthened entity clarity through schema, citations, SameAs links, and structured content. Sample results showed organic traffic rising from 82 to 439, organic keywords from 79 to 368, and AI visibility from 3 to 23.
