This confidential six-week engagement focused on recovering a website affected by significant technical SEO debt, crawl inefficiencies, indexing conflicts, slow performance, duplicate content, weak structured data, and limited AI-search readiness. More than 12,400 pages were audited using Google Search Console, PageSpeed Insights, Lighthouse, Screaming Frog, and schema validators. The work covered crawlability, XML sitemaps, robots.txt, indexing, canonical tags, broken links, duplicate content, URL structure, metadata, heading hierarchy, mobile usability, Core Web Vitals, structured data, and AI SEO. More than 340 issues were resolved, lifting the technical health score from 64 to 97. Crawl depth improved from 7.4 to 3.2, orphan pages dropped from 184 to zero, and wasted crawl URLs fell from 38% to 4%. LCP improved from 7.2s to 1.7s, TBT from 980ms to 40ms, and CLS from 0.41 to 0.02. The project also added AI-crawler guidance, llms.txt, entity signals, direct-answer content structures, and AI-readable schema to strengthen visibility across emerging search platforms.
